Mother's Day Afternoon Tea

This Mother's Day, show your mum, grandma, aunty or those you celebrate the day with how much you appreciate them by booking an elegant afternoon tea experience all aboard a heritage steam train!

As you pass by the stunning backdrop of the blossoming Nottinghamshire countryside, you can savour the tastes of specially selected cakes, sandwiches, light bites and sip on a glass of complimentary fizz. You will complete your experience with your choice of a traditional English tea or a “wake me up” cup of coffee, before returning to Ruddington Fields Station.

What's Included in your Afternoon Tea:

Sandwiches: cream cheese & cucumber, ham & wholegrain mustard, egg & cress, Tuna sweetcorn & cucumber.
Mini Quiche: cheese & onion, Lorraine.
Freshly baked scones: served with clotted cream & jam.
Cake selection: gooey chocolate brownie, lemon drizzle, tiffin bites.

Single-serve bottle of Prosecco (soft drink alternative for adult/child)

Tea/coffee

To accompany your sweet treats and light bites, there will also be an on-board bar where you can purchase other hot and cold refreshments throughout the journey.
